We’re easing into 2015 with a light week at Cabrillo.

There are some really good low tides this week, so be sure to check out the tidepools.

Our shorebird exhibition in the Visitor Center closes on Monday, 5 January, so if you want to get up close to some shorebird specimens on loan from the San Diego Natural History Museum, do so this weekend.

Tuesday, 6 January, we have a Volunteer-led nature walk from 10:00 AM to noon, and we also have the NPS Staff Meeting at noon (VIPs are welcome to attend).

Saturday, 10 January, is the Volunteer Navigation Committee meeting at 10:00 AM.
