Here’s the latest information on the timing of the on-going seismic retrofit.  Remember, that there can be delays, and these dates are subject to change.

Military History should be completed by 3/19.

Lower Maintenance should be completed by 3/19.

The entire Lighthouse will be closed from 3/24 through 5/16.  (The Assistant Keeper’s Quarters and grounds will remain open).

The View Building will be closed from 5/19 through 6/16. The Breezeway will also be partially closed during this period for seismic work. Visitors will still be able to access the Auditorium, Ballast View and the East Patio of the View Building.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed 6/18/14.
