Several TPERP volunteers helped Cabrillo officially open the tidepool season today. Today’s 0.7 ft was the first daytime low tide of the season when the park is open. The weather was perfect and the visitors enjoyed having the volunteers available to help learn about the Rocky Intertidal.
Tidepool volunteers can sign up for shifts. The October and November shifts are now available in Volgistics.
If you are interested in volunteering in the tidepools, working at the Education Table, or roving along the Coastal Trail, you can sign up for the TPERP Conference which will be held next month. You can find out the details here.
