As the sun sets on 2021, let us hope for good things in 2022. Thank you VIP Romi for this amazing sunset over Cabrillo as seen from La Mesa in early December.

We start off 2022 with king tides over New Year’s Day weekend on January 2nd and 3rd. These are going to be the highest and lowest tides of the year so huge crowds are expected. If you out and about in San Diego during the high tides (Jan.2 – 7:53am, Jan.3 – 8:40am), you can always take some photos and send them to the California King Tides Project.

Have a safe New Year’s Eve everyone and let’s hope that 2022 gets us all back to a more normal lifestyle.
