Last Saturday was National Public Lands Day and Cabrillo hosted an activity table for Junior Rangers. We want to give a special shoutout to VIP Mary for using her art skills to help out. She painted a tree for Cabrillo that allowed Junior Rangers and their families to fingerpaint their “promise leaves” onto it. Thank you, Mary! It was a busy day due to also being Junior Scientists Day as part of Ecologik, but also a Fee Free Day.
